FLOWER POT Warmley Hill

On the 5th October 1888 Charles Henry Langmead sold the Flower Pot to The Bristol Brewery Georges & Co. Limited for the sum of £1400 (freehold). What follows is a schedule of documents relating to these premises.



1795 December 22nd.  Indenture between Thomas Jefferis of the one part and Samuel Jefferis of the other part
       Assignment.

1809 August 11th.  Indenture between Samuel Whittuck of the one part and Samuel Jefferis of the other part
       Lease and counterpart.

1813 August 31st.  Indenture between Charles Emett and William Boult of the one part and John Bridges of the
       other part, Assignment.

1814 October 1st.  Indenture between Sir James Graham (Bart), Thomas Gardiner Bramston and Benjamin
       Handley of the first part, Susannah Houblon and Charlotte Piggot of the second part and Nathaniel
       Williams of the third part, Release.

1819 March 25th.  Indenture between Samuel Whittuck of the one part and Nathaniel Williams of the other part
       Lease and couterpart.

1819 March 27th.  Agreement for purchase.

1821 September 4th.  Probate of will of Nathaniel Williams.

1825 June 29th.  Office copy, will of Charles Williams.

1825 December 2nd. Will of Nathaniel Williams.

1832 August 14th & 15th.  Indentures of lease and release, the latter between John Williams of the first part,
        Nathaniel Williams of the second part, John Cox of the third part, Thomas Churchill of the fourth part,
        James Ince Trotman of the fifth part and William Wasbrough of the sixth part, Conveyance.

1844 August 8th.  Indenture between Thomas Churchill of the one part and Robert Churchill of the other part
       Mortgage.

1868 October 5th.  Indenture between Robert Churchill of the first part, Christopher Churchill and Sarah Jones
       of the second part and John Williams of the third part, Conveyance.

1868 October 6th.  Indenture between John Williams of the one part and John Way Munro of the other part
       Mortgage.

1878 August 13th.  Indenture between John May Munro of the first part, John Williams of the second part,
       James Green Craymer of the third part and Frederick Harvey and Charles Henry Langmead of the
       fourth part, Conveyance.

1878 October 1st.  Declaration by James Green Craymer with three ceertificates annexed.

1879 June 20th.  Indenture between Frederick Harvey and Charles Henry Langmead of the one part and Henry
       Sidney Wasbrough and the Rev: Charles Edward Dighton of the other part, Mortgage.

1888 October 5th.  Indenture between Henry Sidney Wasbrough and the Rev: Charles Edward Dighton of the
       first part, Charles Henry Langmead of the second part and The Bristol Brewery Georges & Company
       Limited. Conveyance.
